Located in Port Talbot, Aberavon Court is an attractive, sheltered housing complex of 40 self-contained one bedroom flats. Each flat is designed for easy living with a light, spacious, airy feeling. The flats are self-contained and are specifically for older people. Each flat has its own bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and living room.
Communal facilities are available to all residents, such as a residents' lounge, furnished guest bedrooms and laundry facilities. The Scheme Manager has an office on site and works Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week which are flexible. Outside of the Scheme Managers' working hours, the scheme is linked to a Control Centre who can deal with any emergencies which may arise in their absence.
