Supported Housing

We provide supported accommodation which enables vulnerable people to live independent lives in the community. The supported houses we own range from small 1 bedroom bungalows to large houses of multiple occupations. Much of our accommodation is purpose-built to modern specifications and our portfolio continues to expand.

We currently work with a wide range of organisations who specialise in providing support services to people with:

• a learning disability
• physical disability
• mental health issues
• homelessness

We pride ourselves in working in partnership to provide the best possible service to meet the needs of our customers and we are always interested in finding ways to further develop and improve the services we offer. We are currently reviewing and expanding our Supported Housing service, more details will be available soon.

Please note that Linc do not take applications for Supported Housing direct, if you think that you need supported housing you must contact your local authority direct.

For Support Providers

Booking a tenancy signing
If you are an existing support provider with a new tenant, please use supported.housing@linc-cymru.co.uk to book a tenancy signing. Remember to ensure that a tenant risk assessment is provided in accordance with the procedure.
