The opportunity: 

This is a varied and customer facing role supporting residents in maintaining their well-being and independence. This role is suited to someone who is anexcellent communicator and enjoys working closely with people from all backgrounds.  

We are looking for someone who canbuild a good rapport with tenants, contractors, and external agencies. 

This role is suited to an organised individual, who can work independently and enjoys managingtheir own workload.  

What we need from you: 

  • Experience in a similar customer focused role, preferably ina housing environment / older person living setting.  

  • An understanding of housing benefit, universal credit and welfare reform legislation. 

  • Strong communication skills, with colleagues and customers alike, in an engaging and welcoming way. 

  • A willingness to find a solution for customer's individual needs, including effectively negotiating care and support with partner agencies. 

  • A willingness to work collaboratively across the business and with Linc’s partners, i.e. Local Authorities, Welsh Government, third sector etc to ensure best practice and continuous improvement is adhered too. 

  • Strong IT skills, with willingness to learn new systems as required.  

  • Attention to detail, and an excellent work ethic 

  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
