As construction progresses at Sunnyside Wellness Village in 2025, the development is already delivering valuable benefits for the Bridgend community – made possible through the strong partnership between Linc Cymru and Wynne Construction.

The Leader of Rhondda Cynon Taf Council and the Cabinet Member for Health and Social Care recently visited the construction site in Porth, where work continues on our new extra care housing development. They were impressed by the remarkable progress being made towards delivering this cutting-edge facility in partnership with Linc Cymru (Linc).

We’ve come a long way at Sunnyside Wellness Village! From the early days of site clearance to the buildings now taking shape, it’s exciting to see real progress at this major regeneration project in Bridgend.
