Linc has received a resolution to grant planning approval for the redevelopment of Caewern House, marking an important milestone for Neath. Linc Cymru and Castell Group have laid the ‘golden brick’ to mark a key milestone in their partnership to deliver 26 much-needed affordable homes at the Former New Forge site in Oakdale, Caerphilly.

Work is progressing well at the Darran Road development site in Mountain Ash, where clearance work is preparing the area for a new care accommodation scheme for older people.
