Create The Story, Join The Board - 2019
Linc Cymru Housing Association (Linc) is looking to recruit talented and dynamic new members to join our Board as we enter a phase of enhanced growth and business transformation.
Linc's Board members and staff are driven to make a positive difference in the lives of our customers.
Our values support everything we do and we're looking for Non-Executive Directors who share these values.
We're positive and have a 'can-do' attitude; we're innovative and constantly looking for new ways of working; and we're focussed, ensuring our services meet the needs of our customers.
Be part of Linc's story
If you're a passionate leader who shares our ambition, then we want to hear from you.
We appoint our Non-Executive Directors based on the skills and experience required to support our ambition and deliver first class governance. We are currently looking for three Non-Executive Directors who have skills and experience in one or more of these three priority areas:
•Property Development
•Asset Management
•Corporate Finance
We are also keen to enhance our expertise in the areas of:
•Human Resources/Organisational Development
•Digital services
•Organisational leadership.
At Linc we work as a team with every member playing a valuable part in creating our story. Being on the Board means that you will play a crucial role in developing that story, being innovative and pushing the boundaries to drive Linc forward.
We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds - men and women, people of all ages, sexual orientation, nationalities, religions and beliefs. We particularly encourage applications from disabled and Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) candidates, as these groups are currently underrepresented on our Board.
We want to hear from you!
