Linc joins consortium providing employment opportunities

The 'Get Into Housing Project' will provide participants with experience, training, and access to employment opportunities with the long term goal of gaining meaningful careers within, and outside, the housing sector.
Linc joins seven other south Wales based Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) which will be offering opportunities for participants aged over 25 that identify as from a diverse background. The Get Into Housing Project will engage with 35 people who are long term unemployed or economically inactive, live in Cardiff, and have the right to work in the UK. This project, funded by the WCVA, demonstrates our commitment to greater diversity and inclusion, in line with our goal of making sure our team represents the communities we serve.
