Statement from Linc Cymru regarding WRW Construction Ltd

We have been made aware that WRW Construction Ltd, has today, been seeking to appoint an Administrator. This relates to our developments on Malvern Drive, Llanishen Cardiff and Sunnyside Wellness Village in Bridgend.

We understand that this will cause significant inconvenience and upset, particularly to those who are due to move into Malvern Drive.

We are now working with our partners to plan for the completion of works on both sites.

One of our team will be in touch with all prospective tenants of Malvern Drive to provide further information.
