We want to improve the way we provide services to you. We want you to have real influence over what we do. From time to time, we set up Policy Review Groups. These are groups that look at the policies we use at the moment, look at what other people do, and make recommendations for the future.

Your voice is important as you are the ones who receive the service. By registering with the Branching Out Club (formerly known as 134 Club), you may be invited to join our Policy Review Groups.
