House Swap Wales is a Facebook driven scheme to help tenants across Wales find other tenants to swap property quickly and easily.

How does it work?

• Like the House Swap Wales Facebook page
• Join the group for the area you want to live in
• Set out your details to make it easier for other people to find you. Include pictures to attract more interest
• Check the group regularly and update your settings to get alerts when anyone posts to the group

HomeSwapper App

The HomeSwapper App is a free, mutual exchange service which lets you advertise your property and find someone to swap with. 

How does it work?

• Download the App from the Apple Store (iOS) or from GooglePlay (Android) 
• Register your details and upload pictures of your property
• HomeSwapper will then automatically search for potential swaps and alert you of any potential matches
• If you are interested in a property, you can arrange a visit by contacting the person directly
