For heating and pluming repairs you can report a repair here.

What to expect

We will need as much information as possible, so when you contact us we will ask you questions about the fault. If we have enough detail we may be able to order the repair straight away. 

If we have not got enough information we may have to send someone to your home to look at the problem.
